I’d take equivalent $1 per share from GF for our share of the Goulamina JV atm. We can invest $400 mill into Patriot capex and a 50% share of their project after GF confirm the spod is worthwhile and they want it. They can help design the process and we can sign offtakes with them and rapidly get that project up and running.
LLL also pay a ten cent special dividend after getting the cash from GF. A bonus well deserved for long suffering SH. Then look for other exploration opportunities. GF then buy the LLL shareholding from FFX come July.
