"We appreciate your frustration with the ongoing suspension. The Leo team is working hard to get Leo out of suspension as soon as possible. There are complex issues that we are trying to resolve with the Government and this is taking time to resolve. I can assure you that resolving these issues is the number one priority of the board and management team at Leo and we have been meeting with the Government on a regular basis to progress discussions.

In regards to the specific information request, we were unable to provide information at this time as there are other parties involved and discussions are ongoing, incomplete and confidential. We are working to get the best outcome for our shareholders and will update our investors and the ASX as soon as we have sufficient clarity."
