The better approach is that Mali Gov asks for 100 million LLL shares from FFX (or FFX suggests this to Mali Gov) and FFX still holds the rest 100 million. Then Mali Gov has the motivation to drive LLL SP to $1.5+. Good for all parties. Otherwise, LLL and FFX shares are worthless.
