It sounds logical, but the Malian government isn’t concerned about LLL shares; they prioritize their goulamine shares and dividends. A construction pause isn’t advantageous for any party, and it won’t happen. Additionally, GF has sufficient resources in Mali to sustain construction with support from Chinese construction giants. Thus, not everyone relies on LLL for construction and site management.
