So in the latest prevention the county Manager said 60% completed and finished in April then 3 months of commissioning.
Wouldn't this all need to be sorted before shipment of ore starts? and that would be somewhere in the April / July period.
Can they ship ore if this has to be decided in the international arbitration,You would think Ganfeng would want the ore as soon as possible to be processed in the new plant they're building.
