Progress on site is irrelevant to the possibility IMO, The social media posts I've seen are all months old - from when the ball mill was being, or just put in - and they had a bunch of media at site. Though tbf I do have half of HC on ignore too, so....maybe I'm missing out.

In anycase if 3-4 months of intentional go-slow (from their side) negotiations haven't sorted out a compromise to their extra-legal demands....then just get on with it at international arbitration IMO.

Surely international arbitration would be a last resort option.

While I don’t think things are great here, I don’t think it’s quite at that situation, and if it were you would have to wonder why we are still spending large amounts of money.

Mali want there pound of flesh, the longer it drags out the easier it is for the BOD to say “we worked hard and long for the best outcome for shareholders”.

Get a deal done and get this show on the road.
