No, all are negotiating with the government.
If arbitration...then all majors jointly. That would put pressure on government.
im my view a cheap buyout for 60...70c from Ganfeng is worst case scenario.
This scenario just comes into play in case Mali wants Leo out because of the disgusting FFX story.
But most likely a compromise will be announced before production start. And this is still half year to go. So...this is what is when you are investing in mining companies. Ok...the long suspension is not standard. But long sad periods of suppressed SP are part of the game. I always refer to PLS. All was good, nothing wrong and SP was killed. Patience was required an long termers rewarded. Same here. Rest are just psycho games.
