Agree, but then the question is what % of discount should be used to reflect that noting the value for LLL's ownership (on a diluted basis) is $2.01/share?
Brokers are overly cautious and are the first ones to admit it. They rather take a very conservative stance, leaving room for upside, to manage expectations (under promise and over deliver)
