fully agree with your comments on climate change. China is over 6.5% of world land mass. They are well aware of the issues associated with climate change and will be embracing change as much as anyone. Remember Chinese wealth is not well dispersed. Climate change will impact their lower classes (agricultural and factory based) far worse than their, let’s say ‘middle’ class (which I wouldn’t call middle compared to say Australia). Communism, imo, is absolutely at the mercy of climate effects. How many small farmers still using oxen need to ‘donate’ to the cause? Have a look at the impact of our floods this year. Imo, China is exposed more so by climate change than the West. remember just my opinion.
