To consider starting commissioning in the current environment without the working capital to back it will be a travesty.

The Tier 1 Management at LTR have been top of the league when it comes to under estimating the CAPEX. Blow out after blowout after blowout. the DFS is toilet paper.

There is a direct correlation between high capex and high opex, you do understand that.

Remember I warned you on the 19th Jan 2023 of incoming CAPEX blowouts. The very next day low and behold.

Currently the modelling for LTR is showing a stranded asset.

You are clearly deluded putting LTR in with PLS, LTM and to a lessor degree MIN, imo.
