Hi all, interested to know how holders are thinking about expected offtake price with Gangfeng through the JV? looking at the term sheet it has the fairly standard line of "the price will be calculated according to a formula which reflects a market price".
no mention of a floor or ceiling price, nor a discount to market prices. are folks factoring in the prevailing forecast market SC6 CIF China price as their baseline?
