At last count what was the total of extra taxes & import duties imposed by the Malian Government that fell outside of the previous agreement.... $50M??

These need to be deducted from any payment made to the Malian Government for any 'reason'.

I have never seen a more severe case of lack of information & transparency as we have & are currently experiencing from both FFX & Leo.

It's a disgrace.
