It may be that its a sneaky way of FFX saying that the discussions with Mali are separate despite the issue is being the same - FFX Morila debts.
FFX may be holding up the resolution with Mali by refusing to pay the $A30 mill to Mali??? - on the basis they are not at law liable for the debts.
They are after all a separate entity to LLL and have no obligation to give Mali any money.
Its a mess regardeless.
Still it should settle. Clearly its in the best interests of FFX holders to settle all this. Unless the funds are pressuring the BOD.
