The only way this should be handled is that Leo need to be negotiating with the Mali Gov that all the import duties/ taxes etc. that they hit them for should be credited back to Leo.

Surely if they don’t sue the Gov to reclaim those illegally levied taxes they’d be in breach of their duties as office holders of the company…
