You are very wrong. These international courts can not enforce a ruling or verdict. The Junta does not care it only drains more legal fees and takes years. Look at AVZ a dozen legal battles , some wins with the Courts but the corrupt government does not obey nor care. Mali is the same. They fill their own pockets, can’t give a hoots about their own people even less the rich west.
