I’ve had a thought…
LLL management are using Australia post to write letters for their negotiation and sending via post.
It’s the only thing that can explain why it is taking so long.
I can’t imagine there would be a back log in Mali multimillion dollar negotiation table. Or a committee that only meets once on a blue moon.
