One discontented worker or fictional character ? Sounds like a case of sour grapes where others success is intolerable for then as it brings into focus their own limitations.
He was probably over looked for a better candidate. Thats what happens when a company is run as a meritocracy and not as he would like which is Malian privilege at the expense of individual performance and the betterment of the company.

What the the complainant is suggesting is that Malians should be given preferential treatment over better candidates.
LLL is being run as a global enterprise at the highest level. Any fool can understand this
I have no doubt that LLL has gone over and above to utilise Malians where ever possible.
