Tranche 1 payment not being made as yet, basically because the Company hasn't yet provided an update that a settlement with the Government has been reached.

Settlement agreement first, then tranche 1 payment.

Don't understand how watching Ganfeng would make any difference, both companies submit announcements to their respective exchanges simultaneously unless you are starting to succumb to some of the nonsensical accusations the Company only released the announcement 2 days after Ganfeng as it was all over social media and they were forced to? versus the Company submitted the announcement but it was held up from being released by the ASX.
