Without commentary on LLL specifically, it almost feels like Directors of Australian publicly listed companies don't work for shareholders. Don't know many other jobs where you'd get away with going silent in the middle of a cluster and dodging calls and emails from your boss.

But hey, it's the system right, the worst that's likely to happen to most ASX Directors is a remuneration strike aka stern talking to, and that'll probably be blocked by mates in instos, super funds etc. for those "public" companies that don't already have a controlling stake locked up. And no use going elsewhere: ASIC themselves says their focus is on systemic issue, not policing individual matters.
