They didn't last time though ...... as well as the protocols against members of other states.
It is why the Mali government contested the legality of the previous sanctions, I can't find any results or references the challenge.
~ not that it matters, I was interested if there was an outcome, was it favourable and if it matched up to the timing of the sanctions being lifted.
