I'll assume B Potter performed their analysis and predictions in good faith. But if the jorc does come in at the 10-12mt range, then they've got some explaining to do. Would appear like a set of predictions designed to instigate an underwhelming market response to the jorc and some degree of selling, which I'm sure B Potter would buy heavily, jubilantly into. Or their analysts are just incompetent. But as we keep saying, 10-12mt is still exceptional, and just having the jorc is a de-risking event and installs a decent level of support. So I wouldn't expect to see much selling at the current prices even if it did come in at 10-12mt. But who knows.
We await Wednesday morning.
