Although I am holding through this current downturn and like the DRE story, if you've studied Graham and Buffett investing philosophy, DRE would not be considered as a possible investment.
I understand the point you are making though - DRE 'fundamentals' - ie. what is in the ground and with funds from a recent CR - have not changed from 2 months ago.
