How are people valuing this?
Another one I hold is VML. They had a large CR a day prior to DRE and their MC is significantly lower on a 95mt resource that is being expanded, they have mined already and have a stockpile, are about to start processing and passing product onto customers (they have 2), are commissioning a processing plant, and have a HRE project they're trying to establish, as well a LRE one in Africa. Plus they have govt support. Just the 95mt @1.5% or so should be enough to warrant a MC larger than DRE's as DRE is speculation vs proven resource. And DRE won't even be mining the stuff.
