You know guys can be good parents too right? I mean..you're just completely dismissing the role guys play in raising kids, and how important that is? Working away when you have kids isn't a guy/girl issue, it's a parent issue. And if you're a good parent, t's hard to be away from your kids no matter what your gender.


but this thread is so off topic now. It came up because someone raised diversity. The point of diversity in management is to prevent group think. Group think can lead to decisions made without the right level of questioning or critiquing. Diversity means you'll have people asking different questions, which means any decision made has been thought all the way through.
