It's well worth remembering Mangaroon is a huge bunch of tenements covering ~ 5300sq kms, potentially hosting a globally significant Ni-Cu-PGE resource with JV partner First Quantum.
The 70/30 earn in if successful would fund DRE's exploration for all other projects imo.
Plus maybe a bit left over for SH's.
Also with gold now hitting all time highs.... there are some very juicy prospects as well with the Star of Mangaroon and Diamonds gold mines having previously produced ~ 1 oz per ton
