Secondary shorting. This is temporarily shorting. They sold @ 8cents about a month ago, betting that in 1,2 months they can make some money. Sofar, they cant find any weakhands as everyone stayed put and willing to wait by next year, a perfect storm scenario of high NdPr price, withdraw of russian troops plus good essay results = DRE ath shareprice
