Sorry Jess... but look at it the other way - we are only worth 180mil. 12 mil into 180mil is the more important factor in my opinion - they clearly think we are worth it, yes its chump change to them but its big dollars to us. And the comment about us doing all the work?... that is exactly the deal. They are essentially paying us to do the work and in return they get a piece of the pie.
