If DRE were to receive $1.8B, that'd put it at $0.585/0.586 a share. Almost 6x from there we are right now, but nowhere close to 4 bucks.
To get to that level, we need a lot more to be discovered in the ground. DRE wouldn't be mining either. And i they were, there'd be even more dilution to raise the funds needed.
I'd like to see 4 bucks but it's not something that I envision happening. I'd be more than happy with just $1.
