In other words when valuing companies or asking how much is company x worth compared to company y - you use market cap (not share price).
So considering market cap - wa1 has gone up 200% in Sp last few days but WA1 is still worth 4x less than DRE (since market cap is 330 (DRE) vs 60 (WA1))
