Rare earths stocks have been sold down for the last six months, but in my opinion there are some clues to a strong recovery as we move from 2022 into 2023.

NdPr pricing is difficult to follow or find but is roughly up by 60% - 70% from 2021. There is a disconnect between the market and companies like LYC which announced record sales for the June quarter ( $351 mil. ) for NdPr. LYC shares are down about 20% for the year - disclosure NOT a shareholder or recommendation.

Despite the sell off in stock of some mining companies, and REE's ( not DRE ) capital continues to flow into the market sector. DRE raised $12 million without breaking a sweat to fund strong and growing demand for NdPr. LYC is building a $500 mil. processing plant to take ore from Mt Weld. ILU is investing $1.2 Bil in their rare earths, Eneabba refinery not far from Mangaroon? HAS is narrowing down their last $200 mil for their mine.

The geopolitics of weaponizing materials, like Russia has done with Nat gas in Europe is something that can't be ignored. The next "threat" is China closing the door to rare earths leaving their shores. China's control of the rare earth market from a geopolitical perspective enhances Australian companies on a global outlook from Europe and USA.

The advantage we have over most miners is national security together with a commercial product. The Australian government has already recognized this, and is demonstrating financial support for projects like HAS with a $140 mil government loan.
NdPr demand is forecasted to grow stronger from increased production in magnets required for electric cars, offshore wind turbines and smart phones.

News flow from the above Australian projects in my opinion is certain to boost interest in the entire rare earth sector. What in the past might have been considered a more risky play, is now moving more towards the mainstream. Today lithium plays are very popular, but I'm sure companies like DRE will start emerging onto the radars of many investors as we become de-risked and Dean's metals and REE resources are announced...

These stats are just the beginning.
EV demand will continue to grow, especially as oil/gas has become so politicised.
The USA Petrodollar deal with Saudi's will soon cease to be a weapon for hegemony, and Europe's reliance on
Russian gas is the next major 'withdrawal'.
IMO the 'elimination' of fossil fuels will create a safer world...not fighting for oil/gas.
The 'electrification' of the world will allow all countries to supply their own fuel/energy needs.

Although this is a chart for countries supplying Li...of which Aust. leads ...apart from USA, it is indicative of the scale that
will be needed for all things 'new energy'.

And so it goes that...all this Li needed for EV batteries...the EV's need a motor....our REE's for electric magnets, our potential Li,
our more than potential Cu, Ni, PGE, Co, Ag etc etc.
DRE are poised to be the perfect explorer at the right time in history...right now..
