Somewhat philosophical, but why is one invested? Purely for capital growth or potential future earnings? A belief in vanadium as a future metal? Wanting to finance Aussie mining jobs? A belief that Aussie mining is one of the best in the world? A belief that we can and should make things in Australia?
A conditional grant is lovely, but someone has to actually pay for this stuff. If you don't want to help pay for it, fine, but without fresh capital at this stage any future capital growth/earnings will never happen.
