Hi Azzz, don't pop the champagne cork just yet, this is only an approval to amend AVL's current Environmental Referral/Review Document. The changes (as you can see) are not major and should not materially affect the final ERD/EPA approval timeline (which is still a way off yet). It will go to a 2 week public comment. Ironically (as you know) the Mullewa processing plant EPA approvals (for native vegetation clearing) will almost certainly be before the CMB plant and mine site.
AVL have been working on their mine environmental approvals for many years before submission (in March '21) so I'm confident that they have completed the necessary work and can expect a best case scenario in regards to timelines.
To clarify TMT are ahead on their Ga-banintha EPA approval which should be this year. Just don't mention/ask about their Yarrabubba EPA submission
