The fact that TMT submitted their enviros 4 years ago….there is no fast tracking the EPA and they are public servants who take forever to do anything….TMT has had to submit additional ERD versions due to minor additions of info….
The process is always after the fact and never before.
expect delays is all I am saying…..and for anyone thinking AVL will get a fast tracked process they are dreaming
