I think they need to get out of china or at least build a european distribution / assembly centre. Perhaps build the bike kits in china like they do for these other companies they are now supplying and send Vmoto bikes to europe for final assembly and distribution. A facility in Italy perhaps intwined with Ducati would be the way to go.
