It was only an MOU so even though they said they were going to buy, there was no contract to do so. This news in 15 months old. I would expect it to last this long and from all accounts Vmotosoco have not been affected too much by the supply constraints in the industry.
Also, the comment you replied to was refrencing stash, not these indian things. That was another comment.
