    OK, I'll take the bait.

    If you own VMT, you need to be confident in Charles. If you're not confident in Charles, then you're invested in the wrong stock. Learn to take your losses, sell, and go find one of many hundreds of stocks with bright prospects and/or juicy dividends out there.

    He's the driving force behind this stock, largest holder by a mile, director for almost 17yrs, and dominates the board. Wishing he would step down is futile. If you think he's a "clown" then why are you holding this stock?

    That doesn't mean he won't make mistakes or decisions that in hindsight are revealed as non-optimal. But the simple reality is that buying into Vmoto is buying into Charles and his chosen team, eg Ivan. It's effectively a founder-led company, even if the history is messier than that.
