Its a typo in the annual report.
The original 29 June 2017 announcement has only 10m, not 100m as claimed in the last annual report:
The 2017 Annual report, released in 2018 confirms the 10m number:
The 2021 Annual report also reports 10m as a substantial holder
But the 2021 Annual report also contains a holding of 20m under the list of top holders:
The latest annual report does not list them under the top 20 holders, so it appears they have sold.
Overall the substantial holder notices seem late/ missing,
The top 20 holders list which comes from the registry would be more accurate.
