Not much to see here.
Seems it's a classic case of a misprint where , 10,606,948 jumps to 110,606,948, that found its way around the traps.
Xiaorui and Xiaona were the owners of Power Eagle and they were paid in shares when VMT bought 51% of Power Eagle which went from being a manufacturing client to a JV partner. They no longer appear in the top 20.
I think their shares ended up in the hands of Mr Yuming who has never made a substantial holder disclosure that I can find.
