Yep, you remember correctly. Closed 60c on 13 Aug 2020, same day that the "Vmoto secures $9.6 million after strong demand in placement" announcement came out revealing the share issue at 0.45c. Dipped subsequently to as low as 49c but returned to make the all time high of 65c on Sept 17.
I do hope that in the coming years, VMT management resist the lure of institutional capital in discounted raisings. The dream is that we can grow organically on reinvested profits, and eventually Vmoto reaches the scale where Aus institutions are forced to buy in on-market. That could yield the 10-20+ bagger we're hoping (and suffering tbh) for.
Charles' big personal stake is a tailwind here. He doesnt want to be diluted away either.
