I suggest you save some time making a list. Simply copy the entirity of my post (below) and please forward to someone that is above their marketting manager. This is simple stuff. What are they doing if they arent doing exactly what I did and comparing themselves to how they appear on google compared to SUR RON who are taking over the UK??? Should be sacked if they havent at least ahd a look and made a plan. See below.

Google: “Sur Ron”

BANG!! Here they are. Ready to be bought.

Google: “Vmoto”

Whah??? Where’s the products and the “buy now” button?

Google: “Buy Sur Ron”

BANG!

Google: “Buy Vmoto”

Whaaa???

Google: “vmoto off r”

Whaaaa???

^ Click on the top recommendation provided by Google and the site takes very long to load.

^ Scroll down to off r and click on it and it takes very long to load and then the screen it takes you to has nowhere to buy it?

^ Click on all the other bikes listed, same thing, takes ages to load and has no prices. No option to order?

^ Go to the home page and select “shop” in the top right corner, but it does not take me to a store. Takes me back to the listed models and again when I click on them they struggle to load up. - Again, no option to buy? No links to online stores? What the hell is going on here?

BANG!! – I can click and buy straight away. This is how it should be.

In summary:

People should not have to search beyond the keywords I've used and have the option to buy a Vmoto shoved in their faces. One-click. No further searching.

Vmoto seems to spend a lot of time and energy on graphics, music, and detail on their website, and don’t get me wrong, it looks great, however, the hosting they have paid for is too low quality/price to deal with the size of the imagery/videos they are uploading resulting in very poor download times/quality - A terrible first appearance and overall bad look.

^ forget that! Get people who google “Vmoto Off R” straight to where they can buy it. Not to a poorly run website which is more likely to make them lose faith or their train of thought.

All the specs will be listed, pictures, etc., when they are looking at the bikes/scooters in an actual store where there's a price and buying one is a click of a button away.

Wasting time with unnecessary things instead of getting people straight in line to buy. Terrible online presence.


I'll add, that I've noticed on their socials they don't respond to a lot of people who are asking questions about price or whatever. - Stick them a link straight to the bike where its for sale. Don't waste their time saying "inbox me" and certainly don't miss the entire lead by not replying at all.
To check this out further I've taken the time to inbox several different Vmoto socials on Facebook; Vmoto Soco, Australia, Italy, e-mobility, etc and that was 24 hours ago. To this moment only one! ONE! has replied! Where's the urgency to connect with the lead and sell them a bike???

Terrible!
