You are not alone with your predictions. Charles and company agree with this assessment- their freebies are set according to this long drawn out process for the shareprice to gain traction. The low hurdle price to gain freebies have killed the share price momentum for last two years and will continue to do so till an independent chairperson takes over. Some may dispute that an independent chairperson is required but since Philip resigned the shareprice has been in doldrums.
