Looking at it that way yes and good for the company possibly in that someone wants a large position and possibly looking at longer term capital gain and maybe dividends...
There are bound to be smart cookies out there other than us looking at VMT's future prospects given the earnings they are generating now and still have a huge amount of growth potential.
