I haven't calculated the % of dilutation. I was hoping somebody here did.
If I look at it for the year 2021 basis it does seem the total holdings of the management and yearly compensation is not terribly exaggerated, but I haven't really gone all the way back. I thought that before it was less performance based so idk what happened then since they've only been doing somewhat good since 2018.
