Note the above is not having a crack at Charles, he's been doing a pretty good job operationally on trying to seize the opportunities abounding for EV bike maker, but I think he's just getting some horrendous advice from someone on how to engage with the investment market and investors.
If there is a scenario here as discussed on another thread, that the VMT SP is being left to languish and a "bare minimum" approach to existing investors, because it's irrelevant in the future big picture of taking the company private cheaply and re-listing somewhere else, while management have loaded up on free shares in the meantime (I hope not), I think we would be headed to the courts. I hope that is not the scenario here.
