    VMoto's big weakness is marketing, especially for consumers rather than B2B. Electric scooters are unique in the vehicle market in that the brand promises both glamor and economy, usually mutually exclusive, I did not read one word in last year's annual report on their marketing strategy.
    A relatively inexpensive labor-based internet-marketing strategy could reap huge rewards.
    As the photo below shows, they have the right pitch, they are just not pitching it effectively or in the right places,
    VMoto says one of the threats is a new entrant with a big marketing budget. But creativity in marketing can beat dollars.
