This really is becoming quite worrying -- what in God's name are they doing -- as far as can be seen -- damn all!. They are drawing substantial directors fees provided for by SHs but appear to be doing precisely nothing. SHs are bring treated with contempt. If they are doing something SHs should be kept informed--if not they should resign from the Board.

Directors probably don't follow the posts in HC -- if so venting our dissatisfaction in this forum doesn't achieve much.

Perhaps the most effective way of letting them know the extent of SH concerns is to contact the Board directly.

The present situation is really disgraceful.
