I see your point but not convinced that I agree with her appointment at this stage of our development. My experience of NED's on small exploration companies, and I have some, is that they turn up to there 4 or 5 meetings a year and put there two bobs worth in but when you ask for more the hand goes out for fees. I am sure that is doubly true of lawyers as they normally have partners etc. Tony's experience around the traps would have given him a fairly extensive knowledge of things legal and the rest of the Board are very familiar with this project and of making corporate deals etc as demonstrated over the last year or so.
