    Thanks for the article. It is only one asset in AWC's worldwide portfolio that is the subject of the takeover (i.e. Portland). Not sure if this fact alone is enough to make an investment case. Though the decent cashflow at current relatively low alumina prices and negligible debt do make it look interesting.
