At the rate companies are going insolvent in Germany any talk of anything being built here is redundant, unless they plan on building electric tanks or armoured vehicles for the government in a few years, the auto industry is not going to exist in Germany and Europe at all on it's current course within 18 months and that's being majorily optimistic.
The last 24 hours have seen
Wolff Hoch-und Ingenieurbau go insolvent after 125 years
German confectionery manufacturer Bodeta after 130
Automotive supplier Borgers after 135 years
and Soap maker Kappus after 175 years
If they talk of building ANYTHING in Germany or Europe at the moment it's all pie in the sky stuff.
