Wont be high demand on Germany's current leadership's course mate. Problem for western and Central Europe is there is little to no resources west of the Dnieper River and the western world are going for the assets not only in eastern Ukraine but also Russia and this is probably their last chance to get them and they know it. War and conflict is coming to all Europe in the very near future on its current course, EGR wont be building ANYTHING here for the foreseeable future and I'm sure you know that.
As for moving to the US NL companies wont be going there their products will be simply too expensive, India, China Thailand Indonesia etc are in for some boom times IMO
